Kelly Ripa is known for her early-morning energy on "Live! With Kelly" but last night fans turned in to see her host the 10th annual TV Land Awards show. Ripa and Carson Kressley search for the perfect look for the host to wear to greet the audience in the opening segment from the 10th Annual TV Land Awards (Sun., April 29 at 9 p.m. ET).
Ripa says that being a child of the ’70s meant she was parked in front of the television all the time, so characters from those shows meant a lot to her, and still do. This year, she got to meet even more classic TV Land stars. 2012 honorees include Laverne & Shirley, In Living Color, One Day at a Time, Aretha Franklin and Paul Reubens of Pee-wee’s Playhouse.
