Jennifer Hudson Breaks Down On Stand In Murder Trial

Jennifer Hudson broke out in to the tears when she was asked some question by the prosecution about the murder trail of her family. She was in the court room and was in the stand to answer some question after 30 minutes of question session she start weeping and walk across the court room.

On 24th of October, 2008 57-years old mother of Jennifer Hudson, Darnell Donnerson and her 29-years old brother, Jason died in their home. Jennifer’s elder sister was also living with them in that house her 7-years old child was missing.

She was in the court room and was in the stand to answer some question after 30 minutes of question session she start weeping and walk across the court room.

Julia reported the whole accident to the police and filed a case for her mother and brother killing and her child missing. Later on police arrest a man in suspection after investigation it’s come to know that his name is William Balfour, 27, and he is estranged husband of Julia Elder sister of Jennifer Hudson. But police didn’t charge him for the murder case, as he was already in the jail for having involved in different illegal activities.

After three days police find the dead body of young nephew of Jennifer Hudson. Police found a shot gun around that area and after examination it’s come to know that the child was shot by the same gun. Police arrest the Balfour as a suspect and he becomes the prime suspect of the case, from that time the case in onward.
